Shipping Policy

Where we ship and what it costs.

  • Where we ship: the continental United States (the lower 48 states) only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
  • Cost: free on orders of $500 or more (after discounts). Orders under $500 ship for a flat $19.95.
  • Exclusions apply: CAN keypads always ship at a flat $19.95, even on orders of $500 or more.
  • Washington orders: sales tax applies to shipping.
  • Dispatch: orders ship directly from the manufacturer by FedEx. Dispatch depends on the manufacturer's stock. If your order can't ship within 30 days, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
