Terms of Sale

The terms that apply to every order from the Drift Office store.

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms apply to every order from Drift Office, a Washington business, through driftoffice.com. By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to them and to our Returns and Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Motorsport use only

Our ECUs and performance parts are for competition vehicles that are not driven on public roads. They can change or remove emissions-related functions, and may be illegal on road-registered vehicles where you live. By ordering, you confirm the part is for competition use only and that you are responsible for complying with the laws where you use it. We may cancel and refund any order we believe is for road use, or that we can't lawfully ship to you.

2. Racing risk and installation

Racing pushes every part past normal limits. Parts can fail, even on first use, and racing carries a risk of serious injury, death and property damage to you and others. Parts must be installed and tuned by a qualified technician and inspected after any incident. Fitment and technical advice we give is general guidance; confirm fitment for your vehicle before installing.

3. Warranty

Products come with their manufacturer's warranty, and you make claims directly with the manufacturer's technical support (see our Returns and Warranty Policy). Drift Office gives no warranty of its own. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS ARE OTHERWISE SOLD "AS IS", WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This does not remove rights the law says cannot be excluded.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including damage to engines or vehicles, or lost race time), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. This does not limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for personal injury.

5. Orders and shipping

We ship only within the continental United States (the lower 48 states), not to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses. Orders ship directly from the manufacturer, so dispatch times depend on the manufacturer's stock and lead times. If your order can't ship within 30 days, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. We may cancel an order with a pricing or listing error and refund you.

6. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Washington law. Disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington, or small claims court.
